Meet Alince Luders

Originally from Haiti, Alince Luders is the fourth of six children born to a devoted, lifelong married couple. In 2000, he made the life-changing decision to leave Haiti and start fresh in Florida. As a dedicated father of three, Alince has always prioritized supporting his children through their formative years, ensuring they had the love and resources needed to thrive.

Alince’s academic journey began in Haiti, where he earned a law degree after completing high school. Upon arriving in the United States, he worked diligently in various blue-collar roles—car washing, housekeeping, and residential electrical work—while continuing to pursue his education. His perseverance paid off when he graduated from Keiser College in Fort Lauderdale with an Associate Degree in Business Administration.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Alince invested in a dry-cleaning business, which he successfully managed until the COVID-19 pandemic hit, disrupting many industries. Throughout this time, Alince faced significant personal loss, including the deaths of both his parents within six days and the loss of his first wife. Despite these hardships, his resilience remained unwavering.

Alince transitioned into real estate and mortgage loans, where he built a strong reputation by prioritizing client satisfaction and cultivating lasting relationships. His dedication to his clients and professional growth helped him excel in this new field.

Through prayer and technology, Alince found a second chance at love with his wife, Ki. Together, they serve clients in Florida and Washington, offering exceptional real estate and mortgage services. They are committed to expanding their reach and continuing to provide top-tier services to clients.

Outside of his professional life, Alince is passionate about traveling, sports, music, reading, and boxing/fitness—activities that reflect his energy, discipline, and dedication to living life to the fullest.
